The vision of ChoirFest is to bring singers together in some of the finest concert venues in the world and present a concert of great beauty and inspiration. Singers will be led by a choal conductor of international standing, have the opportunity to sign up for educational seminars on various aspects of music and study the culture of the host country, and tour the most outstanding sites.

ChoirFest was begun in 2003 and is the inspiration of Wayne Smith who began the successful venture, Friendship Force.  Hugh Ballou, conductor and organizer, is the president.  He comes to ChoirFest with many years of experience in choral music and in travel.

You can come with your choir, or you can come alone. ChoirFest is an event where individual singers gather to sing under the direction of one of the world's great conductors. There's also an opportunity to participate in a Grand Festival Concert with a world-reknown solosist or ensemble in a fabulous setting while visiting credible cities worldwide.
