Other Information
Upon receipt of your payment for ChoirFest 2009:The Prague Choral Festival, you will receive: confirmation letter for your acceptance in the festival, information sheet on making airline reservations and getting to the hotel in Prague, informaiton about the music to be performed and a form for your emergency contact information.


Cancellations

Cancellations will be charged a per person penalty as follows:

Prior to October 1, 2008     $200
October 1, 2008 – Dec. 31, 2008 - $500
January 1, 2008 – Mar. 31, 2008 - $1500
April 1, 2008 to July 23 - $2000
After July 23 - No Refund

We are unable to refund registration for no-shows, nor can we refund  portions of the event not used.  A person is considered a no-show if he/she cancels within 72 hours of the festival.  Cancellations are effective the day written notice has been received at the ChoirFest office, Blacksburg, VA.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
